Snowmen Cupcakes
What you'll need:
Note:
The only tricky part of making these marshmallow snowmen is keeping your snowman level. If your marshmallows aren't flat, parts can slide off before the icing firms up. So, choose marshmallows that are flat on their tops and bottoms. And when you trim the jumbo marshmallow, try to make them level.
Directions:
If you want to make these at a holiday party, you could do the preceding steps beforehand, and have the different parts ready for your guests to assemble.

Directions:
- To make the snowman's face, take one regular sized marshmallow and draw with dots -- to make coal eyes and mouth -- using the black decorating gel.
- To make the hat, pull a chocolate sandwich cookie apart. Spread a dollop of icing on the top of one cookie and stick on the dark chocolate candy.
- To make the carrot nose, take one orange taffy candy and cut tiny slivers.
- To attach the nose, cut a small slit in the front of the marshmallow and push the nose in.
- To make the body, first trim about 1/4 of the jumbo marshmallow off the bottom.
- Put a dab of the white icing on the back of three confetti dot sprinkles and attach for buttons.
- To add the arms, insert pretzel sticks into the sides of the body.
- To make the scarf, cut slices of fruit roll that are about 6 inches long and 1/4 inch wide.
- To add fringe to the "scarf," use a knife and make 3-4 cuts at each ends, each about 1/2 inch long.

Putting it Together:
Start with a white frosted cupcake.
- Stick the body onto the frosting on top.
- Now add your snow. Sprinkle shredded coconut on the cupcake icing.
- Put a little dab of white icing on the bottom of the head, and place on body.
- Add the scarf by wrapping it around the "neck" of your snowman. A little pinch can help "tie" the scarf together.
- And finally, to attach the hat put a dab of the the icing on the bottom of the cookie, and set it on the head.
